Acceptance of Terms & Hospital Charter
By registering as an out-patient or in-patient, scheduling an appointment via this website, or undergoing clinical procedures at Vedicare Ayurveda Hospital & Research Center (located at Plot No 5A, Defence Colony, Sainikpuri Road, Secunderabad, Telangana), you acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Clinical Service.
All clinical decisions, examinations, and surgical therapies are conducted under the professional direction of Dr. A. Nagaraju Alle (BAMS, MS Ayurveda), licensed under the State Board of Indian Medicine and the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM).
Ayurvedic Clinical Diagnostic Scope
Our clinical philosophy is rooted in Sushruta and Charaka Samhita classical frameworks:
- Nadi Pariksha (Pulse Examination): Classical Ayurvedic pulse diagnosis is utilized to discern qualitative dosha imbalances (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), tissue toxicity levels (Aam), and metabolic fire (Agni). It serves as a root-cause diagnostic modality and is corroborated with standard modern clinical tests when medically prudent.
- Lifestyle & Diet (Pathya-Apathya): Successful recovery depends fundamentally upon patient adherence to prescribed dietary restrictions and dinacharya (daily lifestyle regimens). Failure to follow dietary cautions may impede therapeutic progression.
- Prior Medical Disclosures: Patients are legally obligated to disclose all ongoing allopathic medications (such as blood thinners, insulin, cardiac antihypertensives) and surgical history during intake.
Kshar Sutra Parasurgical Informed Consent
Kshar Sutra is Sushruta's classical parasurgical modality recognized by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the World Health Organization (WHO) for the management of anorectal conditions (Arshas/Piles, Bhagandara/Fistula-in-ano, Parikartika/Fissures, and Pilonidal Sinus):
Unlike aggressive conventional excision surgery, Kshar Sutra operates by simultaneous cutting and chemical cauterization via medicated alkaline threads (Apamarga / Snuhi / Haridra), preserving anal sphincter muscle continuity and reducing recurrence to less than 1%.
- Procedural Consent: Formal written informed consent is obtained prior to minor surgical OT interventions. Patients walk home the same day under local procedural anesthesia.
- Follow-Up Thread Replacement: Fistulous tract healing requires periodic thread replacements (typically every 7 to 10 days) until complete lumen obliteration occurs from inside out. Patient compliance with follow-up appointments is essential.
- Post-Operative Hygiene: Patients must strictly adhere to warm water sitz baths (Avagaha Sweda) and prescribed Jatyadi oil dressings as instructed.
Kerala Panchakarma Therapy Code
Our specialized 5-fold bio-purification protocols (Vamana, Virechana, Vasti, Nasya, Raktamokshana) and external therapies (Shirodhara, Kati Basti, Janu Basti, Abhyanga) follow authentic Kerala traditions:
- Therapies are executed in temperature-controlled, sterile Ayurvedic therapy suites using genuine teakwood Droni tables.
- Same-gender therapy protocol: male therapies are administered by trained male Panchakarma technicians; female therapies are conducted by certified female therapists.
- Contraindications: Therapies may be rescheduled or altered during acute fever, infectious states, or active menstrual cycles as per classical Ayurvedic guidelines.
